Job Description- Lead and manage all operational activities of the branch. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- P&L responsibility for branch and ensure branch delivers to agreed budget
- Manage customer relationships, research customer needs, participate in customer solutions development and implementation of new accounts
- Fleet Management: Develop and sustain solid relationship with suppliers
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Promote a safe working environment and enforce safety regulations to minimize risks and accidents.
- Min Bachelor Degree and possesses good English language
- Experienced branch manager with history of success at reputable Logistics businesses
- Demonstrated success in leading, managing and developing staff and high performance teams.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and vendor management skills
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
